🚁 HOW CAN I BOOK MY FLIGHT ?
Simply contact the phone number or email listed on your ticket. We advise you to book 15 days in advance.
🌤️ I'VE BOOKED MY FLIGHT, BUT THE WEATHER LOOKS UNCERTAIN, SHOULD I COME TO THE MEETING POINT ?
The day before the flight, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm the flight and give you the timetable.
In the event of bad weather, you will also be informed by e-mail the day before the flight. All you have to do is give us your new availability.
For people wishing to book a hotel, we advise you to book it only the day before the flight when it is confirmed.
🚁 CAN I CHOOSE MY SEAT IN THE HELICOPTER ?
Passengers are seated according to their weight and morphology.
👚 HOW DO I DRESS FOR A FLIGHT?
In winter, the helicopters are heated. We advise you to bring sunglasses.
It depends on the season, the day's weather and the aircraft. Our aircraft even have heating, but most cabins are not pressurised.
📷 IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE A CAMERA ON A FLIGHT ?
You can take your phone, camera or on-board camera (such as a Go Pro without a mount) with you.
Please note, however, that we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your equipment, for whatever reason.
🤰🏻👴🏻 EST IS IT POSSIBLE FOR A PREGNANT WOMAN OR AN ELDERLY PERSON TO FLY ?
We advise you to seek medical advice from your doctor if you have the slightest doubt.
Please note that for flights around Mont Blanc, the helicopter rises to an altitude of 4,000m and is not pressurised.
🧒 IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE FOR HELICOPTER FLIGHTS ?
The minimum age varies according to the type of flight:
· Panoramic flights in the mountains => minimum 7 years old
· Non-mountain panoramic flights => minimum age 5
· Transfer flights => minimum age 2
· Introductory flights => minimum age 12
💰 IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN ?
There is no discount for children as they occupy the same seat as an adult. We advise you to take a private flight, as the fares are very attractive.
